RESOLUTION 15-389
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [GRANT WOODS WAUKEE PLAT I]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF IYA UKEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,Gator Excavating of Grimes,IA,has completed the public improvements
associated with Grant Woods Waukee Plat 1;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Grant Woods Waukee Plat I and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of
this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 16"'day of November,2015,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Grant Woods Waukee Plat 1.
