RESOLUTION 15-391
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [PARKVIEW CROSSING PLAT 11]
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,Gator Excavating of Grimes,IA,has completed the public improvements
associated with Parkview Crossing Plat 11;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Parkview Crossing Plat 11 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of
this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 16 day of November,2015,that it hereby accepts the public i ovements
associated with Parkview Crossing Plat 11.
