RESOLUTION 15-383
APPROVING SEVERANCE AGREEMKNT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UKEE,108'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on October 5,2015,the Waukee City Council approved eliminating the Waukee
Police Department position of Administrative Assistant and approved a form of severance
agreement (Resolution ¹15-347);AND
WHEREAS,Margaret "Marggie"Weir,who previously held the position of Waukee Police
Department Administrative Assistant,will cease employment with the City of Waukee as of
November 17,2015;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
16"day of November,2015,that it hereby approves severance benefits for Margaret "Marggie"
Weir.
