RESOLUTION 15-388
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [WILLOW PINES]
IN THE NAIvIE AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,Gator Excavating of Grimes,IA,has completed the public improvements
associated with Willow Pines;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Willow Pines and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project are
in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 16 day of November,2015,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Willow Pines.
