RESOLUTION 15-401
APPROVING A REVISED MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE
IOWA DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES,STATE ACCOUNTING
ENTERPRISE~AND THE CITY OF WAUKKE)IOWA~FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE
INCOME OFFSET PROGRAM
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'3 UKEE,108'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on November 5,2007,the Waukee City Council approved a Memorandum of
Understanding between the Iowa Department of Administrative Services,State Accounting
Enterprise,and the City of Waukee,Iowa,for participation in the Income Offset Program
(Resolution ¹07-240);AND,
WHEREAS,as a result of changes in the Iowa Administrative Rules governing the Income
Offset Program,the Iowa Department of Administrative Services,State Accounting Enterprise
(DAS/SAE)requires participating entities to approve a new Memorandum of Understanding
related to the program;AND,
WHEREAS,Waukee City staff recommends continued participation in the program;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 30 day of November,2015,that it approves a revised Memorandum of Understanding
between the Iowa Department of Administrative Services,State Accounting Enterprise,and the
City of Waukee,Iowa,for participation in the Income Offset Program.
