RESOLUTION 15-418
APPROVING OPKNGOV,INC.,SOFTWARE AGREEMKNT
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND)
WHEREAS,OpenGov,Inc.,has presented the City of Waukee with a web-based software
agreement which enables the City to share financial and non-financial performance data;both
internally to improve decision making and increase efficiency,and externally to increase
transparency;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Finance Department has reviewed the agreement and recommends
approval;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
14'"day of December,2015,that it hereby approves the OpenGov,Inc.,Software Agreement.
