RESOLUTION 15-432
APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL CONTRACT WITH MCANINCH CORPORATION
FOR THE SE ALICE)S ROAD PROJECT,INTERSTATE 80 TO ASHWORTH ROAD
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized municipal
organization;AND,
WHEREAS,McAninch Corporation (the "Contractor")and the City of Waukee (the "Owner")
have previously entered into an agreement for work covered by the terms of the plans and
specifications and proposal for the SE Alice's Road Project,Interstate 80 to Ashworth Road (the
"Project");AND,
WHEREAS,the Contractor has substantially completed all work on the project with the
exception of a portion of silt fence removal,finalization of the SWPPP,and possible additional
erosion and sediment controls;AND,
WHEREAS,the work to date encompasses more than 95%of the value of the project;AND
WHEREAS,the said plans,specifications and proposal accurately and fully describe the terms
and conditions upon which the Contractor has performed the work specified and the Contractor
is willing to perform the remaining work under this Supplemental Contract;
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the Waukee City Council on this,the 21"day of
December,2015,that the City of Waukee hereby approves a Supplement Contract with
McAninch Corporation for the SE Alice's Road Project,Interstate 80 to Ashw rt Road.
