RESOLUTION 15-423
DESIGNATING A CITY COLLECTIVE BARGAINING REPRESENTATIVES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UKEE,IOJFA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized municipal
organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has entered into collective bargmning negotiations with
representatives of the Communications Workers of America,Local 7102,AFL-CIO;AND,
WHEREAS,State of Iowa Code )20.17(9)provides for the designation of bargaining
representatives for the purpose of bargaining with public employees or their representative;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
21"day of December,2015,that Human Resource Director Patty Holden,Finance Director
Linda Burkhart,City Clerk Rebecca D.Schuett,and City Attorney Matthew Brick of Brick
Gentry,P.C.,are hereby designated as the City of Waukee Collective Bargaining Representatives
pursuant to the provisions of State of Iowa Code )20.17(9).
