RESOLUTION 16-032
APPROVING JOB DESCRIPTION AND PAY GRADE [COMMUNICATIONS AND
DIGITAL INITIATIVES LIBRARIAN,WAUKEE PUBLIC LIBRARY]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UKEE,108'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Public Library Board of Trustees approves the creation of a non-
represented,full-time Communications and Digital Initiatives Librarian position;AND,
WHEREAS,the pay grade for the position shall be Grade 11;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Public Library Board of Trustees and Human Resource Director
recommend establishing the position and approving the job description and pay grade.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 26 day of January,2016,that it hereby approves the job description and pay grade for
Communications and Digital Initiatives Librarian,Waukee Public Library.
