RESOLUTION 16-033
APPROVING PAY GRADE RECLASSIFICATION [YOUTH SERVICES ASSOCIATE,
WAUKEE PUBLIC LIBRARY]
IN THE NAME AND IJY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UKEE,108'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,following a review of the duties,external comparable position wages,and internal
wages,the Waukee Public Library Board of Trustees approves the reclassification of the Youth
Services Associate position to Pay Grade 14;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Public Library Board of Trustees and Human Resource Director
recommend approving the pay grade reclassification.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 26"'day of January,2016,that it hereby approves the pay grade reclassification for Youth
Services Associate,Waukee Public Library.
