RESOLUTION 16-030
APPROVING SEVERANCE AGRKEMKNT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO@'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on January 19,2016,the Waukee Public Library Board of Trustees approved a
revised organizational chart for the Waukee Public Library,which eliminates the position of
Assistant Library Director;AND
WHEREAS,the position elimination shall be effective January 31,2016;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
26th day of January,2016,that it hereby approves severance benefits for Devon Murphy-
Petersen.
