RESOLUTION 16-044
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WAUKKE COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT
TRANSPORATATION CENTER (605 UNIVERSITY AVENUE &1000 6 STREET)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UICEE,IO 5'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for the Waukee Community School District Transportation Center,subject to
remaining staff comments on January 26,2016;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for the Waukee Community School District Transportation Center is
in general conformance with tj304 —Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the
Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for the Waukee Community School District Transportation Center is
in general conformance with (301.27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the
Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 2"day of February,2016 that the Site Plan for the Waukee Community School District
Transportation Center is approved subject to remaining staff comments.
