RESOLUTION 15-333
APPROVING REPRESENTED CITY EMPLOYEE POSITION,JOB DESCRIPTION
AND PAY GRADE [RECORDS TECHNICIAN,WALKKE POLICE DEPARTMENT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHOIUTY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UKEE,IO8'2
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Police Chief proposes creation of a full-time Records Technician position;
AND,
WHEREAS,the pay grade for the position shall be Represented —Skilled Labor;AND,
WHEREAS,the Police Chief,City Administrator and Human Resource Director recommend
establishing the position and approving the job description and pay grade.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 5"day of October,2015,that it hereby approves the establishment of the represented
position of Records Technician with the Waukee Police Department,and the job description and
pay grade for said position.
