RESOLUTION 15-345
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES WITH
STANLEY CONSULTANTS,INC.[WATER STORAGE TOWER IMPROVEMENTS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,108'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Dixon Engineering has provided the City of Waukee with a report on
recommended repair and maintenance for the City-owned water storage tower located at the
south end of 3'Street;AND,
WHEREAS,the City desires to retain the services of Stanley Consultants to provide general
administration services,preparation of bidding docunients,project management and coordination
related to the Water Storage Tower Improvements as recommended by Dixon Engineering;
AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the Agreement for Professional Consulting
Services and finds it satisfactory;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services with Stanley Consultants,Inc.[Water Storage
Tower Improvements]is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 5"'day of October,
2015.
