RESOLUTION 16-025
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE KKTTLESTONE RIDGE PLAT I
INTHENAMEANDBY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF 8'AUKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Jerry's Homes Inc.,has requested final approval of Kettlestone Ridge Plat I (the
"Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on November 24,2015,subject to remaining staff comments,review of the legal
documents,and completion of public improvements;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Kettlestone Ridge Plat I and the documents relating thereto will
comply with Section tj303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 18 'day of January,2016,that the Final Plat for Kettlestone Ridge Plat I be and the same
is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee,subject to remaining
staff comments.
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed (Lot A and Outlot Z);
2.Sanitary Sewer Easement;
3.Storm Sewer Easement;
4.Public Utility Easement;
5.Overland Flowage Easement;
6.Water Main Easement;
7.Trail Easement.
