RESOLUTION 16-026
PROPERTY EXCHANGE AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF WAUKEE AND
WAUKEE COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UKEE,IO 8'2
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Community School District is a duly organized school district
within Dallas County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City and the School District have entered into an agreement for a land
exchange to facilitate the construction of a transportation facility for the Waukee School
District;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this I 8'"day of January,2016,that it hereby approves the land exchange
agreement between the City of Waukee and the Waukee Community School District.
