RESOLUTION 16-015
APPROVING REVISED JOB DESCRIPTIONS
[SUGAR CREEK MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF IYA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,all job descriptions for positions at the Sugar Creek Municipal Golf Course,a
division within the Waukee Parks and Recreation Department,have been reviewed and certain
descriptions have been revised to more accurately reflect the functions and requirements of those
positions;AND,
WHEREAS,the Parks and Recreation Director and Human Resource Director recommend
approval of the job description revisions.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 18'"day of January,2016,that it hereby approves the revised job descriptions for the
following positions at the Sugar Creek Municipal Golf Course:Golf Course Superintendent,
Grounds Attendant,Groundskeeper,Clubhouse Attendant,Clubhouse Lead,Clubhouse
Manager,Customer Service Assistant.
