RESOLUTION 16-028
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMKNT FOR SITE IMPROVEMENTS [WAUKEK
TRANSPORTATION FACILITY]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UEEE,108'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Community School District is a duly organized school district
within Dallas County;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee School District intends on constructing a transportation facility
which will include improvements that will benefit the City;AND,
WHEREAS,an agreement is proposed which lays out the City and District
responsibilities for construction of initial improvements as well as future improvements
associated with the project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 18 'day of January,2016,that it hereby approves the Development
Agreement between the City of Waukee and the Waukee Community Sch 1 District
regarding the construction of a transportation facility.
