RESOLUTION 16-051
ADOPTING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR
FISCAL YEARS 2017-2021
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF 8'AUKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Administrator has submitted a recommended Capital Improvement
Program (CIP)for fiscal years 2017 through 2021;AND,
WHEREAS,Code of Iowa )384.15(3)requires a public hearing on the recommended
Capital Improvement Program prior to adoption;AND,
WHEREAS,on January 18,2016,the Waukee City Council set the public hearing for
February 16,2016,at 5:30 p.m.to consider the City's Capital Improvement Program
(CIP)for fiscal years 2017 through 2021,and public notice of such hearing was
published as provided by law;AND,
WHEREAS,members of the public interested in the City's Capital Improvement
Program (CIP)for fiscal years 2017 through 2021 have been given the opportunity to
present to the City Council on the matter.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 69 day of February,2016,that the City of Waukee Capital Improvement
Program (CIP)for fiscal years 2017 through 2021 is hereby approved and adopted.
