APPROVING JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND PAY GRADE [SEASONAL STAFF,
WAUKEE PARKS AND RECREATION AND WAUKKE PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMENTS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UKEE,IO@'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Parks and Recreation Director and Public Works Director have submitted job
descriptions for the following seasonal staff positions:
~Parks Laborer
~Recreation Intern
~Gas Laborer
~GIS Intern
~Streets Laborer
~Truck Driver
~Water-Wastewater Intern
~Water-Wastewater Laborer;AND,
WHEREAS,the pay grade for these positions shall be Seasonal;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Administrator and Human Resource Director recommend approving the
job descriptions and pay grade.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 16"'day of February,2016,that it hereby approves the job descriptions and pay grade for
those Waukee Parks and Recreation and Public Works Department seaso staff listed above.
