RESOLUTION 15-325
APPROVING NATURAL GAS SERVICE AGREEMENT
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF IYAUKEE,IOP'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Clayton Energy Corporation of Wahoo,NE,has provided the City of Waukee with
a Natural Gas Service Agreement to provide gas supplies to the City,including nominations and
scheduling for all of the City's transportation and storage service on the natural gas supply
pipeline;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the Agreement and finds it satisfactory;
NOW THE~FORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Natural Gas Service Agreement with Clayton Energy Corporation is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 21"day of
September,2015.
