RESOLUTION 15-326
APPROVING PUBLIC STORM SEWER KASEMKNT AND GRADING AND SURFACE
WATER FLOWAGE EASEMENTS —NEW PIONEER GUN CLUB
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,108'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Diligent Stone Prairie,LLC.(the "Developer")has previously developed Stone
Prairie Plat 2,an official plat in the City of Waukee,Dallas County,Iowa which included Outlots
X and Z (the "Outlets");AND
WHEREAS,in order for the Developer to complete the development of said Outlots,off-site
easements were required to be provided from the New Pioneer Gun Club;AND
WHEREAS,the New Pioneer Gun Club has provided the necessary easements to allow for the
development of the remaining Outlots.
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 21"day of September,2015 that the Public Storm Sewer Easement and Grading and
Surface Water Flowage Easement from the New Pioneer Gun Club are hereby accepted and
approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easement to be filed:
1.Public Storm Sewer Easement;
2.Public Grading and Surface Water Flowage Easement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
Public Storm Sewer Easement and Public Grading and Surface Water Flowage Easement,as well
as any other documents related thereto,with the Dallas County Recorder.
