RESOLUTION 15-313
APPROVING REVISED FY2016 WAGE RATE FOR NON-REPRESENTED
EMPLOYEES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UFEE,IO 1YA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,per City of Waukee Code Section (110.4 the City Council shall annually review
and approve proposed wages for City employees whose positions are not represented by the City
of Waukee Collective Bargaining Unit;AND,
WHEREAS,on July 6,2015,the Waukee City Council approved and established FY2016 non-
represented employee wage rates (Resolution ¹15-223);AND,
WHEREAS,upon review of the FY2016 non-represented employee wage rates approved by the
Waukee City Council,the City Administrator recommends revising the compensation for the
Parks and Recreation Director to $92,499 and the Human Resource Director to $89,074;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
21st day of September,2015,hereby approves the revised FY2016 Wage Rate for Non-
Represented Employees with revised compensation for the Parks and Rec cation Director and
Human Resource Director positions.
