RESOLUTION 15-314
APPROVING REVISED FY2016 COMPENSATION PLAN FOR NON-REPRESENTED
EMPLOYEES
IN THE NAME AND IIY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO8'2
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,per City of Waukee Code Section tt110.4 the City Council shall annually review
and approve proposed wages for City employees whose positions are not represented by the City
of Waukee Collective Bargaining Unit;AND,
WHEREAS,on March 2,2015,the Waukee City Council approved and established the FY2016
non-represented employee compensation plan (Resolution ¹15-071);AND,
WHEREAS,City staff recommends revisions to the FY2016 Compensation Plan for Non-
Represented Employees,attached hereto as Exhibit A;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
21st day of September,2015,hereby approves the revised FY2016 Com ensation Plan for Non-
Represented Employees.
