RESOLUTION 15-307
APPROVING TEMPORARY PARKING ALONG THK NORTH AND SOUTH SIDES OF SE
WESTBROOK DRIVE FROM ITS INTERSECTION WITH SE ALICE'S ROAD EAST TO
ITS TERMINUS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 12:00 P.M.AND 8:00 P.M.ON FRIDAY,
SEPTEMBER 25,2015
IN THE NAME AND BY THEAUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF VVAUKEE,IOB'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Cy Phillips,property owner at 1120 SE Westbrook Drive,requests permission to
temporarily allow parking along the north and south sides of SE Westbrook Drive from its intersection
with SE Alice's Road east to its terminus between the hours of 12:00 p.m.and 8:00 p.m.on Friday,
September 25,2015,in order to accommodate guests for a fundraising event;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Public Works Department,Waukee Police Department,and Waukee Fire
Department have reviewed the request and have no concerns.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 21"
day of September,2015,that it hereby approves temporary parking along the north and south sides of
SE Westbrook Drive from its intersection with SE Alice's Road east to its terminus between the hours
of 12:00 p.m,and 8:00 p.m,on Friday,September 25,2015.
