HomeMy WebLinkAbout2016-03-07-Resolutions 16-073_Westown Pkwy-R-22 Intersection - Real Estate Transfer - BeanTHE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA RESOLUTION 16-073 APPROVING REAL ESTATE TRANSFER RELATED TO THK WESTOWN PARKWAY/R-22 INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT [ANDREW AND LISA BEAN] IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal Organization;AND, WHEREAS,it has been determined that acquisition by the City of Waukee of a portion of property owned by Andrew and Lisa Bean is necessary for the purpose of construction of the Westown Parkway/R-22 Intersection Improvement Project;AND, WHEREAS,a Real Estate Transfer is proposed for the property legally described in Exhibits A and B of the Real Estate Transfer which is attached hereto. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 7"day of March,2016,that it hereby approves the Real Estate Transfer related to the Westown Parkway/R-22 Intersection Improvement Project,with payment made by the City to property owner(s)Andrew and Lisa Bean in the amount of $39,200.00.
