AWARDING QUOTE FOR WESTOWN PARKWAY/R-22 INTERSECTION
IMPROVEMENTS TREE CLEARING PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOIYA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WAUKEE,IOWA:
That the following quote for certain public improvements described in general as the
Westown Parkway/R-22 Intersection Improvements Tree Clearing Project and described in the
Request for Quotes that was provided to the vendors be and is hereby accepted,the same being
the lowest responsible quote received for such work,as follows:
Contractor:J.Pettiecord of Des Moines,IA
Amount of quote:$25,000.00
PASSED AND APPROVED,this 7"day of March,2016.
