RESOLUTION 16-074
APPROVING WARRANTY DEED RELATED TO
THE WESTOWN PARKWAY/R-22 INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
[ANDREW AND LISA BEAN]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO WA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,a Warranty Deed is proposed for the purpose of construction of the Westown
Parkway/R-22 Intersection Improvement Project,with said Warranty Deed located on a portion
of the property owned by Andrew and Lisa Bean and legally described as referenced in Exhibits
A and B of the Warranty Deed which is attached hereto.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
7ia day of March,2016,that it hereby approves the Warranty Deed related to the Westown
Parkway/R-22 Intersection Improvement Project,with payment made by the City to property
owner(s)Andrew and Lisa Bean in the amount of $10.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
Warranty Deed and any other documents related thereto with the Dallas County Recorder.

Grantor does hereby Covenant with grantee,and successors in interest,that grantor holds
the real estate by title in fee simple;that it has good and lawful authority to sell and Convey the
real estate;that the real estate is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances except as may be
above stated;and grantor Covenants to Warrant and Defend the real estate against the lawful
