RESOLUTION 16-097
APPROVAL OF AMENDING A CERTAIN ADDRESS WITHIN THE CITY OF
WAUKKE FROM 1155 SE UNIVERSITY AVENUE TO 1135 SE ALICE'S ROAD
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the owner of the undeveloped property located at 1155 SE University
Avenue is interested in developing a building which would face SE Alice's Road and it is
in the best interest of the City to officially change the address to avoid future confusion
related to deliveries and emergency response;AND,
WHEREAS,staff recommends changing the address of the property located at 1155 SE
University Avenue to 1135 SE Alice's Road.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this 21"day of March,2016,that the local address as referenced above be
amended.A copy of this resolution shall be filed of record with the Recorders Office of
Dallas County,Iowa.
