RESOLUTION 16-094
ACCEPTING BID FOR GEOTECHNICAL TESTING SERVICES
IN THE NAMEAND ItY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF 8'AUKEE,IOP'2
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Public Works Department requested bids for annual geotechnical
testing services related to City of Waukee capital improvement projects;AND,
WHEREAS,having received and reviewed two (2)competent bids;the Public Works
Department recommends approval of the low bid submitted by TEAM Services,Inc.,of Des
Moines,IA,for testing services priced per unit or per hour.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the bid for Geotechnical Testing Services from
TEAM Services,Inc.,of Des Moines,IA,is hereby accepted.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved this the 21"day of
March,2016.
