RESOLUTION 16-093
APPROVING JOB DESCRIPTIONS [VARIOUS,WAUKEK PARKS AND
RECREATION AND WAUKEK PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENTS]
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Parks and Recreation Director and Public Works Director have submitted job
descriptions for the following staff positions in order to more accurately reflect the current
essential functions of the positions:
~Community Center Site Supervisor (Parks and Recreation Department)
~Recreation Supervisor (Parks and Recreation Department)
~Roadway Maintenance Worker (Public Works Department)
~Administrative Coordinator (Public Works Department;AND,
WHEREAS,the Parks and Recreation Director,Public Works Director,and Human Resource
Director recommend approving the job descriptions.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 21"day of March,2016,that it hereby approves the job descriptions for those Waukee Parks
and Recreation and Public Works Department positions listed above.
