RESOLUTION 16-121
APPROVING THK CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
BRANDON'S RESERVE
IN THE NAIrIE AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UKEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Brandon's Reserve;
AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section $303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 4"'day of April,2016 that the Construction Drawings for Brandon's Reserve
be approved subject to remaining staff comments.
