RESOLUTION APPROVING COMMISSIONING CONTRACT
[WAUKEE PUBLIC LIBRARY THERMAL IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT]
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,STATE
OF IOWA:
That the commissioning contract for certain public improvements described in general as
the Waukee Public Library Thermal Improvement Project,and as described in detail in the plans
and specifications heretofore approved,and which have been signed by the Mayor and Clerk on
behalf of the City be and the same are hereby approved as follows:
Contractor:SystemWorks,LLC,
Amount of bid:$5,280.00
of West Des Moines,IA
Portion of project:All commissioning work
