RESOLUTION 16-006
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMKNT OF CHIEF OF POLICE
FOR THE YEAR 2016
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THECITYOF WAVKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee must annually appoint an individual to the position of
Chief of Police;AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William F.Peard reappoints John F.Quinn as Chief of Police for
calendar year 2016;AND,
WHEREAS,John F.Quinn has served as the City of Waukee Chief of Police since
March 2014;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Waukee,Iowa on the
6'"of January,2016,does hereby approve the mayor's appointment of John F.Quinn as
Chief of Police for the Year 2016.
