RESOLUTION 16-005
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF CITY ENGINEER
FOR THE YEAR 2016
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UKEE,IO IYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,it is to the City of Waukee's advantage to appoint a City Engineer for the
Year 2016;AND,
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,has served the City Engineer since 1990;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council believes that during this time Veenstra &Kimm,
Inc.,has provided the Council with thorough and accurate information and have
completed their duties as project engineer with meticulous attention to detail.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Waukee,Iowa on
this 6'"day of January,2016,does hereby approve the appointment of Veenstra &Kimm,
Inc.,as City Engineer for the Year 2016.
