RESOLUTION 16-013
APPROVING THK MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE
PRIMARY AND ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO THE POLK COUNTY E-911
COMMISSION FOR THE YEAR 2016
IN THENAMEAND BYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,as the City of Waukee is a member of Westcom,it is necessary for the Mayor to
appoint a primary and alternate member to the Polk County E-911 Commission;AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William F.Peard appoints Fire Chief Clint Robinson as the City of
Waukee primary member and Council Member Shane Blanchard as alternate member to the
Polk County E-911 Commission.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 6'"day of January,2016,that it hereby approves the Mayor's appointment of members to
the Polk County E-911 Commission.
