RESOLUTION 16-011
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF A REPRESENTATIVE AND
ALTERNATE TO THE WALNUT CREEK WATERSHED MANAGEMENT
AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR THE YEAR 2016
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 5'A UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,on February 18,2014,the Waukee City Council approved entering into a
28E agreement related to the Walnut Creek Watershed Management Authority
(Resolution ¹14-049);AND,
WHEREAS,according to the provisions of the 28E agreement,the City may appoint a
representative and an alternate to the Walnut Creek Watershed Management Authority
Board of Directors;
WHEREAS,Mayor William F.Peard appoints Development Services Director Bradly
M.Deets as the representative and Senior Planner Andy Kass as the alternate to the
Walnut Creek Watershed Management Authority Board of Directors for calendar year
2016.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6'"day of January,2016,that it hereby approves the Mayor's appointments to
the Walnut Creek Watershed Management Authority Board of Directo
