RESOLUTION 16-009
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF REPRESENTATIVE AND
ALTERNATE TO THK WASTEWATER RECLAMATION AUTHORITY (WRA)
BOAIHI FOR 2016
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO IYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,according to the provisions of the 28K agreement the City of Waukee holds
with the Wastewater Reclamation Authority (WRA),the City must annually appoint or
reappoint representatives to the WRA Board;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has one representative and one alternate on the WRA
Board;AND,
WHEREAS,for the calendar year 2016,Mayor William F.Peard appoints City
Administrator Tim Moerman as the representative and Public Works Director John
Gibson as the alternate to the WRA Board.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6"day of January,2016,that it hereby approves the Mayor's appointments to
the Wastewater Reclamation Authority (WRA)Board.
