RESOLUTION 15-366
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT 10,WATER MAIN AND SANITARY SEWER
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Glynn Village Plat
10;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section tj303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code for water main and sanitary sewer
installation.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 19'"day of October,2015 that the Construction Drawings for Glynn Village
Plat 10 —Water Main and Sanitary Sewer be approved subject to remaining staff
comments.
