RESOLUTION 15-355
APPROVING QUOTE FOR CITY OF WAUKEE PRINTING SERVICES
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is in the process of establishing an updated brand;AND,
WHEREAS,in order to successfully implement the brand,various printed items such as letterhead,
invoices,statements,envelopes,and business cards are necessary;AND,
WHEREAS,City staff requested quotes for mass printing services from certain vendors;AND,
WHEREAS,having reviewed the submitted quotes,City staff recommends awarding quote for
printing services to Christian Printers of Des Moines,IA,in the amount of $13,048.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the quote
from Christian Printers in the amount of $13,048.00 be accepted and approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 19'"day of October,2015.
