HomeMy WebLinkAbout2016-03-14-Resolutions 16-088_Westown Pkwy-R-22 Intersection - Real Estate Transfer - JohnsonTHE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA RESOLUTION 16-088 APPROVING REAL ESTATE TRANSFER RELATED TO THE WESTOWN PARKWAY/R-22 INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT [MARK A.AND LISA E.JOHNSON] IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UICEE,IOWA WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal Organization;AND, WHEREAS,it has been determined that acquisition by the City of Waukee of a portion of property owned by Mark A.and Lisa E.Johnson is necessary for the purpose of construction of the Westown Parkway/R-22 Intersection Improvement Project;AND, WHEREAS,a Real Estate Transfer is proposed for the property legally described in Exhibit A of the Real Estate Transfer which is attached hereto.
