RESOLUTION 16-144
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR LEGACY POINTE AT WAUKKE PLAT 7
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOif'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Waukee Community School District with property owner,City of Waukee,have
requested final approval of Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 7 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on April 12,2016,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal
documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 7 and the documents relating
thereto will comply with Section (303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on thisl 8th day of April,2016,that the Final Plat for Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 7 be and the
same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to
remaining staff comments and review of the platting documents by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 7,as well as any other documents related thereto,with
the Dallas County Recorder.
