RESOLUTION 16-145
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR LEGACY POINTE AT WAUKEK PLAT 7
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UEEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 7,subject to remaining staff comments on April
12,2016;AND)
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 7 is in general conformance with
I'l304 —Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 7 is in general conformance with
I'l301.27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 18 day of April,2016 that the Site Plan for Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 7 is approved
subject to remaining staff comments.
