RESOLUTION 2021-204
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR AUTUMN VALLEY TOWNHOMES PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, Forestar USA Real Estate Group, Inc. & DR Horton — Iowa, LLC, have requested final
plat approval of Autumn Valley Townhomes Plat 1 (the "Plat"); AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on November 10, 2020, subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents; AND,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for Autumn Valley Townhomes Plat 1 and the documents relating thereto
will comply with Section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this
171" day of May, 2021, that the Final Plat for Autumn Valley Townhomes Plat 1 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1. Warranty Deed (Street Lot A & Outlot D);
2. Sanitary Sewer Easement;
3. Sanitary Sewer Easement;
4. Public Utility Easement;
5. Public Utility Easement;
6. Sanitary Sewer Easement;
7. Sanitary Sewer Easement;
8. Sanitary Sewer Easement;
9. Storm Sewer & Water Main Easement;
10. Temporary Turnaround Easement;
11. Sanitary Sewer Easement;
12. Landscape Buffer Easement;
13. Overland Flowage Easement;
14. Ingress/Egress Easement;
15. Private Sanitary Sewer Easement;
16. Private Water Main Easement;
17. Private Storm Sewer Easement; and
18. Storm Water Management Facility Maintenance Covenant & Permanent Easement
