RESOLUTION 16-193
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[BROOKRIDGE (BROOKSIDE)PLAT 2]
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAUKEF,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,Priority Excavating of Des Moines,IA,has completed the public
improvements associated with Brookridge (Brookside)Plat 2;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Brookridge (Brookside)Plat 2 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part
of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 16ra day of May,2016,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Brookridge (Brookside)Plat 2.
