RESOLUTION 16-209
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
ALICE PATRICIA HOMES
IN THE NAIvIE AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,108'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Alice Patricia
Homes;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section tj303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 16'"day of May,2016 that the Construction Drawings for Alice Patricia
Homes be approved subject to remaining staff comments.
