RESOLUTION 16-321
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[THE LANDING AT SHADOW CREEK PLAT 2]
IN THE NAME AND BY THEA UTHOIUTY OF THE CITY OF WA UICEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,Priority Excavating of Des Moines,IA,has completed the public
improvements associated with The Landing at Shadow Creek Plat 2;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of The
Landing at Shadow Creek Plat 2 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a
part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 1"day of August,2016,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with The Landing at Shadow Creek Plat 2.
