RESOLUTION 16-341
APPROVING AGREEMKNT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES
BETWEEN THE CITY OF WAUKEE AND SNYDER k ASSOCIATES [HICKMAN
ROAD AND ALICE'S ROAD INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FUNDING
APPLICATIONS]
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF 5'AUKEE,IONIA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City intends to apply for funding from the Iowa Department of Transportation
Traffic Safety Improvement Program,Clean Air Attainment Program and the Urban-State
Traffic Engineering Assistance Program for the Alice's Road Widening Project,Phase 5
(Hicktnan Road and Alice's Road Intersection Improvement Project);AND,
WHEREAS,City staff recommends approval of Agreement for Professional Consulting
Services with Snyder K Associates,Inc.,for services,detailed work,materials,equipment,and
supplies necessary to complete analysis and funding application for the Alice's Road Widening
Project,Phase 5;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services with Snyder Rc Associates,Inc.[Hickman Road
and Alice's Road Intersection Improvement Project Funding Applications]is hereby approved.
