RESOLUTION 16-334
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR KETTLESTONE RIDGE PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,ION'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Jerry's Homes,Inc.,has requested final approval of Kettlestone Ridge Plat 2 (the"Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on May 24,2016,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal
documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Kettlestone Ridge Plat 2 and the documents relating thereto will
comply with Section tj303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 1 st day of August,2016,that the Final Plat for Kettlestone Ridge Plat 2 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed (Street Lot A);
2.Public Utility Easement;
3.Sanitary Sewer Easement;
4.Storm Sewer Easement;
5.Overland Flowage Easement;
6.Water Main Easement;
7.Storm Sewer and Sanitary Sewer Easemen
