RESOLUTION 16-335
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR WAUKKE CENTRAL
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Waukee Central,LLC,has requested final approval of Waukee Central (the"Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on June 28,2016,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal
documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Waukee Central and the documents relating thereto will comply
with Section $303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 1st day of August,2016,that the Final Plat for Waukee Central be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Water Main Easement;
2.Public Utility Easement;
3.Sidewalk Easement;
4.Storm Sewer Easement;
5.Landscape Buffer Easement;
6.Ingress —Egress Easement.
